When and How to Follow Up After an Interview?

Begin with reaching out to the person who said they will get in touch. That could be anybody from the recruiter, to the hiring manager or the recruiting coordinator. You can also reach out to them via LinkedIn. Email is certainly the best way to gain a response without seeming pushy.
